Return and Refund Policy

Return window

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, uninstalled, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to start a return

Email info@wabigrain.online with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.

Return shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.

Refund timing

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days after delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Non-returnable items

Installed products, used products, items missing original packaging, final sale items, gift cards, and custom or special-order items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
